Coming from Auto Refresh Plus?

In mid-2026 the on-page countdown, the light theme and saved intervals all moved behind a subscription. If that's why you're here, this page is for you.

Your old settings can't come across

Chrome walls every extension off from every other one. That's why there's no import button here: a real one isn't possible, and a fake one would mean an extension reading things it should not.

So the welcome screen gives you three ready-made presets instead. Pick the one closest to what you had. It takes about 15 seconds.

The limit neither extension can fix

Intervals under 30 seconds only run while the tab is visible. Chrome throttles background tabs, and that limit applies to every extension in this category, including both of these. We put it in the interface so you find out before you rely on it.

What this doesn't do

Refresh Loop doesn't click buttons, submit forms, solve captchas or run scripts on your behalf. It reloads pages and tells you when text changes. If you need automation beyond that, this is the wrong tool. We would rather tell you that than get the install.
